Effective date and agreement
Effective date: 10 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Kuma, operated by Kuma AI Store, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560035, India. By joining or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Scope
Kuma provides a waitlist, editorial Drops, polls and an optional AI-assisted Radar digest focused on fashion and accessories. The full shopping-assistant product is under development. Joining does not purchase a product, guarantee an invitation date or create a paid subscription.
Eligibility and accounts
The service is for people aged 18 or older. Use an email you control and keep authentication links private. Provide truthful information and do not create duplicate or automated accounts to obtain unfair rewards. We may investigate misuse and restrict accounts, with a support route for reasonable appeals.
Founding membership
The first 200 successfully verified unique memberships receive founding status based on the server's serialized verification order, not the time an unverified form was submitted. Founding status reserves an early place; it is not equity, a financial interest, ownership or an unconditional promise of product availability.
Waitlist movement
At 200 or fewer verified signups, reward amounts are hidden. From 201 through 1000, qualifying poll, Radar and referral actions offer 5, 10 and 20 places respectively. Above 1000 they offer 10, 25 and 50. The applicable tier is recorded when an action qualifies. Movement is capped at the front of the ranked queue, below the first 200 reserved founding places. Later members' actions may change your rank. Rewards are not money, redeemable credits or transferable property.
Qualifying actions
A poll reward is available once per eligible poll; votes cannot be changed after submission. Radar activation is rewarded once per account and requires explicit consent. A referral qualifies only when a new eligible person verifies their first membership; self-referrals and repeat accounts do not qualify. Sharing alone earns nothing. Early actions do not create a promise of retroactive larger rewards when the audience grows. Fraud corrections may reverse improperly obtained movement and will be recorded.
Editorial and AI content
Radar is the same AI-assisted digest for all subscribed readers and is reviewed before publication. Our default delivery time is 9:00 AM India Standard Time; delivery may be delayed or skipped. Editorial content may contain mistakes or become outdated. Prices, discounts, stock, shipping and retailer terms must be confirmed on the retailer's site. No guarantee of fit, suitability, lowest price or investment value is made. Sponsored placements and affiliate links will be disclosed where applicable.
Third-party shopping
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases occur with independent retailers, not Kuma. Retailers control payment, fulfilment, returns and warranties. These terms do not remove any non-excludable consumer rights or Kuma obligations imposed by applicable law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access. Kuma branding and original editorial content remain with their respective owners. Retailer/product images and trademarks belong to their owners and may be used only with appropriate rights. Public access does not grant permission to commercially republish the service.
Communications and changes
Requested sign-in messages are separate from optional marketing subscriptions. You can unsubscribe from Radar or Drop announcements without leaving the waitlist. We may change or discontinue experimental features and will explain material changes. We will not silently reinterpret an already-recorded qualifying action as a different reward tier.
Liability and disputes
The service is provided on an evolving basis, subject to applicable mandatory law. No provision excludes liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. Please first contact hello@getkuma.in with a concern so we can try to resolve it. You retain the right to approach any court, consumer forum or other authority with jurisdiction under applicable law.
